2.Windows Messenger (download from here) I will be online from 7pm - 10pm GMT. every Friday to answer general questions

3. Windows Messenger (download from here) if you are having major problems then we can arrange a time to have a video or voice conversation to clear them up. This can be arranged on a Friday or by e-mail.
